Job Title: HR Project Manager

Location: Rosemead, CA (Hybrid - 2 days onsite/week)

Duration: 6 Months

Pay range: $65/Hr to $74/Hr on W2

Education Requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Job Description:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload

• Manages activities of one or more large, mid-to long-term projects with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods and outcomes.
• Develops business plans, objectives and initiatives for the organization.
• Provides inputs to organizational objectives and policies and ensures delivery of results.
• Engage regularly with senior management as a key consultant on critical business issues.
• Manages and executes HR projects, collaborates with cross-functional HR teams and sets tactical and strategic priorities.
• Takes a lead role in implementing change management strategies for HR projects and creates communication plans and materials to engage and inform employees and stakeholders.
• Implements benefits realization, satisfaction surveys, and metrics tracking to quantify HR project ROI and value delivery.
• Implements project management reporting tools, progress dashboards, and methodologies to gain visibility into HR project health and status.
• Works closely with third-party vendors to ensure contract terms and conditions are being met as well as managing the project schedule.

Required Skills/Attributes

• 5-7 years of progressive project management experience, including significant experience leading traditional, phase-based (Waterfall) projects and applying Agile/Scrum practices in a hybrid delivery environment.
• Strong working knowledge of project governance, change control, and formal approval processes.
• Experience managing projects with procurement, vendor contracting, and third‑party delivery components.
• Ability to apply Agile/Scrum practices within a broader traditional or hybrid project framework.

Desired Skills:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred; equivalent project management certification or demonstrated experience may be considered.
