Job Title: HR Reporting Analyst

Job Overview: The HR Reporting Analyst will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and analyzing HR data reports. You will play a key role in providing accurate and insightful HR data to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of HR metrics and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and maintain regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze HR data, trends, and metrics to provide insights for business leaders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR reporting.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to identify reporting needs and improve reporting processes.
  • Support compliance reporting for local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to enhance HR strategies.
  • Assist in the maintenance and improvement of HR information systems (HRIS).
  • Participate in HR projects related to data and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR analytics or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP) and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data integrity.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
