JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Purpose: To recruit applicants, follow through with the interview process and help guide employees through HR procedures.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding end-to-end.
  • Ability to facilitate and explain all orientation information to include but not limited to benefits, dental, health options, safety, and company policies.
  • Assist in formulating competitive recruitment strategies for the organization.
  • Identifying effective recruitment channels and leveraging them to source high-caliber candidates.
  • Partner with area managers and leaders to ensure that Investigations/Disciplinary processes are handled in a fair, timely manner consistent with company policy including all required documentation.
  • Ability to cross train in all aspects of the department including benefits and leave management.
  • Ability to work outside of and in addition to normally scheduled hours as required.
  • Additional duties may be assigned depending on the companys needs.
  • Attend job fairs, and develop strong relationships within the community.
  • Develop partnerships with vocational schools, universities, and any other facilities that may improve the recruiting process.
Education/Experience:
Prefer a degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience in HR.
Prefer three (3) years of specific work experience in recruitment in a manufacturing environment.


Work Environment/Safety:
Climate controlled environment.
Machines exposed to would be typical of any office environment.
Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Overall, no Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required, however in some instances, this job may require the wearing of a variety of PPE that will be provided to the employee.
If PPE is necessary, the employee will be mandated to wear it.
