1. Overview

The HR TA Executive serves as a crucial liaison between the HR department and hiring managers, playing a key role in identifying and acquiring top talent to support the organization's strategic objectives.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop sourcing plans

  • Identify, screen, and qualify potential candidates

  • Conduct first-round interviews and manage the candidate assessment process

  • Prepare and present candidate profiles to hiring managers

  • Negotiate and extend job offers

  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires

  • Maintain and update talent pools and databases

  • Track and report on candidate acquisition metrics

  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition


3. Technical Skills

  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency

  • Data sourcing and mining tools

  • Recruitment marketing software

4. Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role
