Location: Miami, Fl (In-Office)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on HR Technology Analyst with strong ADP payroll
experience to serve as a key liaison between the business, HR, and technology teams. This role will
focus on optimizing, automating, and integrating HR processes across payroll, recruiting, onboarding,
and core HR modules. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and capable of
translating operational needs into scalable HR system solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Systems & Payroll (ADP)
Serve as a subject matter expert for ADP payroll and HR modules
Configure, maintain, and optimize ADP workflows, reporting, and integrations
Partner with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions
Process Automation & Optimization
Assess current HR processes and identify automation opportunities
Design and implement streamlined workflows across payroll, recruiting, onboarding, and employee
lifecycle events
Reduce manual processes and improve data accuracy through system enhancements
Recruiting & Onboarding Systems
Support and optimize ATS and onboarding platforms
Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to improve candidate and new-hire experience
Ensure seamless transitions from recruiting to onboarding to payroll
Business & HR Liaison
Act as a bridge between HR, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams
Translate business requirements into technical system solutions
Support HR leadership with reporting and system insights
Reporting, Data & Compliance
Build and maintain HR and payroll reports and dashboards
Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance
Support audits and compliance initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
Required
Hands-on ADP payroll experience
Experience supporting HRIS systems, including HR, payroll, recruiting, and onboarding
Demonstrated experience automating HR processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar platforms
HRIS implementation or optimization experience
Experience in fast-paced or growth-oriented organizations
Knowledge of payroll and HR compliance requirements
Work Environment:
In-office role based in Miami, FL
Collaborative, cross-functional environment
