Description HRIS Analyst I Closing Date April 22, 2026 Duties : Provide technical support for end users, maintains and updates databases; develops and conducts training sessions as needed. Audit, analyze, and update a variety of data maintained electronically. Monitor the HR data systems, build queries, and create reporting in Microsoft Great Plains and/or ADP System and other HRIS systems. Maintain knowledge of data access techniques including any required query languages used for database management and analysis. Package metrics/analysis into presentations and reports for management. Conduct broad-based workforce analysis using available HRIS data. Perform to ad hoc reporting requests and deliver in a timely and accurate manner. Coordinate and processes employee changes submitted from the company’s intranet in a timely fashion. May act as the HRIS partner with IT when testing software upgrades as well as routine maintenance. Review and recommend HR processes to ensure continuous improvement of efficiency. Monitor and ensure that transactions are processed consistently and that data integrity is maintained. Provide assistance on projects related to all facets of the Human Resources Division. Work with others to ensure accurate requirements are defined. Provide technical advice and consultation. Provide timely project status and issue reporting to management. Other duties as required and/or assigned. Schedule 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday Salary $102,274 per year Location PCI Gaming Authority d/b/a Wind Creek Hospitality, 303 Poarch Road, Atmore, AL 36502 Requirements Main Education and Experience : Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Management Information Systems, Human Resources Management, Management and Computing, or closely related field and two (2) years of experience as Data Analyst Intern, HR Manager, HR Advisor or related role where required experience gained. Special Skills Also requires experience in the following: Two (2) years of HR or Planning and Analysis experience or a combination of both; One (1) year of experience in the HRIS job function; Experience with, and ability to pass exam with a minimum passing score of 80%, working with Microsoft products; Query databases, run reports, design and perform other HRIS computer operations as necessary; Microsoft Great Plains and UKG; High volume writing and report analysis; Understand and apply HR data in report writing or guidelines; Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position; and Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment.
