Role: Shift: HRIS Lead Analyst Workday
Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM EST
Duration: 6-9 Months
Location: Remote (EST)
Position Summary:
The Workday HRIS Lead Analyst Integrations will provide advanced technical expertise in managing data migration in and out of Global HR Information System (Workday). Reporting to the HRIS Sr. Manager Integrations, this role will support integrations across Workday's HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Recruiting Modules.
The role acts as a technical partner to Corporate IT, Global Payroll, and HR Centers of Excellence, gathering system requirements and configuring integrations. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and maintenance of Workday integrations with third-party systems.
- Work on data migrations for acquisitions/divestitures and handle integration impacts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure, test, and deploy integration solutions.
- Provide guidance on best practices and resolve integration issues.
- Assist the HR Technology team with configuring and testing integrations.
- Communicate the technical impacts of integration decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and Recruiting integrations.
- Experience in Workday Custom Reports, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, XSLT, and Workday Studio.
- Workday Integrations and Studio Certifications preferred.
- Experience with SAP-Workday implementations is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
