Our goal is to double our revenue within five years and become the world leader in HR digital transformation.YOUR MISSIONSThe HRIS Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering IT solutions that support HR processes and organizational goals. This role manages end‑to‑end HR system implementations and enhancements, collaborates with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with business requirements. Key responsibilities include overseeing requirement gathering and process analysis, project planning, system configuration and testing coordination oversight, change management, and assuring post‑go‑live support. Technologies may vary depending on project assignments. Lead and manage HR IT projects from initiation to implementationDevelop project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessmentsEnsure appropriate project staffing and role assignmentsGather and lead documentation of business requirements from HR stakeholdersTranslate HR needs into technical specifications for IT teams and vendorsCoordinate system configurations, integrations, and data migration activitiesEnsure project delivery within agreed budget and time frameManage communication between HR, IT, and external service providersOversee testing activities (SIT, UAT) and ensure issue resolutionDrive change managementMonitor post‑go‑live performance and support ongoing enhancementsPrepare project status reports and present updates to leadershipManage continuous improvements (AMS)YOUR PROFILE :Bachelor's, Master's or PHD Degree3+ years project management experience, preferably in the context of HR IT implementations within international and hybrid project setupsConsultancy experience will be highly regardedExperience with workforce management software is a benefitStructured, results driven, with proven attention to detailExcellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving skills.Facilitation and workshop experienceExcellent business communications and presentations skillsAbility to work with multiple deadlines and stakeholdersProficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Excellent German & English language skills (written and spoken)Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a teamWillingness and ability to travel occasionally (highly dependent on project assignment)WHAT WE OFFERA highly stimulating and fulfilling work environment with international deveopmentRapid career growth with numerous opportunities for development (horizontal & vertical): international mobility, training, and certificationA good work-life balance with remote working possibilitiesA good working atmosphere on a daily basis: quarterly team evenings, annual seminarWe are Happy at Work certified and continue to listen to our employees.
