Summary The HRIS Analyst provides day-to-day HRIS operations including evaluating and optimizing current processes, building new Workday capabilities and functionality. Responsible for the design, testing and implementation of Workday solutions. Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience Responsibilities Ongoing configuration and maintenance of our Workday modules including but not limited to Benefits, HCM, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, Performance, Recruiting Act as subject matter expert across multiple Workday products Design, build, test and maintain Workday reports and dashboards Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements into scalable and user-friendly solutions. Triage, diagnose, and resolve issues originating from end-users, business process events, and integration events. Create and maintain end-user and training documentation. Support ongoing system upgrades, configuration changes, release testing and process improvements initiatives to ensure a high performing and compliant HRIS environment. Skilled in requirements gathering, configuration and system optimization Ensure Workday solutions align with business requirements and best practices Basic Requirements 4 to 5 years of Workday Benefits hands‑on configuration experience including Open Enrollment Workday Benefits Pro certification is a plus Proficiency in creating and editing business processes, custom reports and dashboards. At least 2 Workday Benefits full implementation configuration Hands‑on experience leading Open enrollment setup, testing, execution and audits Experience managing Benefits integrations with third‑party vendors Troubleshoot benefits related to system issues and business processes Ensure data accuracy and compliance with ACA, HIPAA and COBRA requirements Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance and external vendors on benefits system initiatives 3 to 5 years in an HRIS role with hands‑on Benefits configuration using Workday including Open Enrollment. Experience working end-to-end across Workday initiatives, from requirements gathering through deployment Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Requirements Prior experience with these HCM modules: Recruitment, Payroll, Time Entry, Time Off, Advanced Compensation.
