What You’ll Do:
As an HSSE Coordinator, you’ll support our Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental programs by keeping our teams compliant, organized, and ready to perform at their best. You’ll handle everything from scheduling safety training to coordinating employee drug tests—helping ensure that Allied and our clients meet the highest standards of safety and reliability.

​​​​​​​Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate employee drug screens, fit tests, and safety-related medical exams.
  • Track and schedule safety training, certifications, and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate HSSE records, documentation, and compliance logs.
  • Support incident reporting, audits, and inspections.
  • Communicate with employees, vendors, and clients regarding HSSE requirements and updates.
  • Provide administrative and reporting support to the HSSE Manager and field teams.
  • Promote Allied’s strong safety culture through communication and accountability.
What You Bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Previous experience in HSSE, safety, or administrative coordination (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of DISA, ISNetworld, and L!NK Safety Council systems a plus.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
