Human Capital AssistantThe Human Capital Assistant provides administrative and Human Capital (HC) support while serving as a key point of contact for employees, candidates, executives, and vendors. This role supports daily office operations, executive coordination, employee services, and travel management, while assisting with onboarding, communications, and confidential HC records.Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for calls, visitors, vendors, and job applicants; manage front desk and lobby operationsSupport daily office administration including mail distribution, shipping/receiving, scheduling, conference room coordination, filing, and invoice codingMaintain internal tools and resources such as SharePoint and other information platformsCoordinate meetings, company events, and internal communications, including newsletters and leadership presentationsAdminister the company's travel management platform (Egencia), including user access, traveler support, and system maintenanceSupport Human Capital operations such as employee onboarding/offboarding, record management, and wellness initiativesProvide executive administrative support to senior leadership, including meeting logistics and company eventsAssist with overflow administrative tasks and special projects as neededQualifications:A minimum of 3-5 years' experience working as an administrator in a professional office setting, human resources experience preferred.Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointDetail oriented with excellent follow-up skills.Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and re-prioritize at a moment's notice.Experience in working with confidential informationProfessional attitude and demeanor required.J.F.
