Job Description
Position Summary: This position is responsible for assisting in the execution of HR programs and processes. Provide day-to-day employee relations and administrative support. Responsible for select HR processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct new hire procedures such as new hire paperwork
2. Communicate needs with staffing company
3. Go through employee hours in Paylocity daily
4. Run payroll for both Contractors and Full-Time employees appropriately.
5. Run daily reports in Paylocity for accounting department
6. Maintain HR filing
7. Knowledge of benefit administration such as open/new enrollment, track vacations and personal days
and points
8. Assist with planning of company events and team building
9. Ensure that HR policies and procedures are current and compliant
10. Handling employee queries related to policies, payroll, benefits, complaints and grievances
11. Maintain monthly bulletin board
12. Update metrics for monthly review of operations
13. Develop letters, memos and other correspondence in a professional manner
14. Assist in completion of special projects
15. Other HR/Admin/Finance duties as assigned
16. Support and engage in company safety programs
17. Perform any other duties as required or assigned
Qualifications:
1. Working knowledge, understanding and application of HR principle concepts, practices and appropriate employment laws.
2. High school diploma
3. Ability to recognize, distinguish and aid in the resolution of employee issues.
4. Strong PC skills within a Windows environment
