We are currently seeking a motivated and personable Human Resources/ Administrative Assistant to join our administrative team. This role provides the opportunity to transition into a full-time position in the future based on organizational needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's mission, values, and goals in the healthcare or medical practice sector. Partner with senior leadership to understand business objectives and provide HR guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and accreditation standards. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of healthcare professionals, ensuring the right fit for organizational needs. Manage performance management programs, employee engagement initiatives, and leadership development to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure the organization is compliant with healthcare employment laws, OSHA standards, and other healthcare-specific regulations. Manage workers' compensation, safety protocols, and return-to-work policies within a healthcare setting. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of HR experience. In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
