Occasional travel to client sites may be required What we are Looking for Bachelor\u2019s degree in HR, Business, or related field 5+ years of progressive HR experience 2+ years in a leadership or client-facing role Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance Experience with HRIS and payroll systems Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Bonus Points For: HR certifications like PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP Why Join FLORES?
