Human Resource Intern Apply
Overview We are currently seeking a Human Resources Intern to join Primo Brands this summer in Breinigsville, PA, near Allentown, PA. The HR Intern will support day-to‑day human resources operations based out of a beverage manufacturing facility. This role provides hands‑on exposure to core HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, learning & development, compliance, and HR data management. The intern will partner closely with HR team members in a large‑scale Supply Chain operation with strong people practices. Duration Tuesday, May 26, 2026 – Friday, July 31, 2026. Must be available for orientation during the first week (5/26–5/29), final project presentation during the last week (7/27–7/31) and at least 7 of the 8 weeks between 6/1–7/24, excluding unpaid company holidays (Friday, 6/19 & Friday, 7/3). Any known absence must be communicated in advance to the Recruiter, Internship Program leaders and the Hiring Manager. Schedule/Hours per week Monday – Friday, 30–40 hours per week during the 10‑week program. Ability to work onsite 5 days, based on individual team schedule. Overtime hours must be approved in advance by your Manager. Eligibility Ability to commute to the Primo Brands facility in Breinigsville, PA throughout the program. Some travel may be required, including overnight. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial or Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field at an accredited institution. Junior undergraduate standing preferred; motivated candidates at other academic levels will also be considered. This internship is designed as a paid professional experience and does not include academic credit. Compensation $24.00 / hour Responsibilities Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Build foundational HR and business skills through hands‑on collaboration with the Learning & Development team, supporting training initiatives and associate development programs Engage with Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and company culture initiatives to understand how values, inclusion, and engagement are embedded across a diverse workforce Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications for both members of leadership and the frontline, gaining insight into how HR connects and supports diverse associate populations Collaborate on special HR projects—such as process improvements, policy updates, or engagement surveys—to build problem‑solving and project management skills Assist HR Business Partners with employee relations activities, observing how HR supports associates and leaders in a fast‑paced Supply Chain environment Gain exposure to safety, compliance, and policy initiatives by participating in HR activities that support a safe, compliant, and inclusive workplace Support talent acquisition and onboarding efforts, including candidate coordination and new associate experience activities Conclude the internship by delivering a final presentation or capstone project that highlights key learnings, contributions, and project outcomes Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial or Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field Interest in Human Resources within a Supply Chain, manufacturing, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Effective interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills; high level of emotional intelligence Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, operational environment and interacting with associates at all organizational levels Ability to work onsite at a Supply Chain facility for the duration of the internship What We Offer Paid summer internship with competitive hourly compensation Structured opportunities for teambuilding and collaboration, including engagement with Business Resource Groups (BRGs) focused on community, culture, and connection Hands‑on exposure to Human Resources in a fast‑paced CPG environment Networking and learning opportunities with leaders across HR, Supply Chain, and the broader organization Professional development focused on communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
