The Richwood Bank Human Resource Intern position will assist the department staff with duties including research, data entry, filing, general department functions and special projects. As an intern, you will participate in one-on-one meetings with the assigned manager, participate in departmental meetings, and attend Richwood Bank huddle meetings. Upon the internship's completion, candidates will complete a final project outlining their experience and present it to the Management team.

Essential Functions

  • Participates in weekly one-on-one meetings with assigned manager
  • Observes and/or participates in professional meetings
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires
  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and other administrative recruiting tasks.
  • Maintain ATS system
  • Attend monthly department meetings
  • Attend Richwood Bank huddle meetings
  • Converse with department staff members to learn more about their position and Richwood Bank
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
  • Contribute to the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to HR processes and procedures.
  • Recommend ideas for process improvements and make suggestions
  • Assist with HR projects as needed.
  • Ensures work completed is accurate and appropriate. Verifies and validates all data to confirm accuracy and reliability. Paying close attention to details of all information received and entered.
  • Becomes familiar with the Richwood Bank values and mission
  • Completes final project outlining experience with Richwood Bank
  • Presents final project to management

Education
