As we continue to strengthen our team and elevate our service standards in line with our ongoing expansion across Indonesia, we are seeking an experienced and highly capable Human Resources Manager to join the leadership team at our West Java property.As Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for leading all HR functions at the property level, ensuring effective talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with Indonesian labour regulations. You will work closely with the General Manager and department heads to build a high-performing team, foster a positive workplace culture, and support operational excellence through strategic people management, while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.What you will do:•⁠ ⁠Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to attract, select, and retain top talent across all departments•⁠ ⁠Oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations, attendance, leave management, and personnel administration•⁠ ⁠Implement performance management processes, appraisals, and development plans to support a high-performing workforce•⁠ ⁠Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures•⁠ ⁠Develop and execute employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives•⁠ ⁠Advise department heads and managers on HR matters, organizational planning, and people issues•⁠ ⁠Manage payroll coordination, compensation, benefits administration, and HRIS accuracy•⁠ ⁠Handle disciplinary processes, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally and fairly•⁠ ⁠Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance service quality•⁠ ⁠Support manpower planning and organizational structure improvements across departments in line with business growth•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation•⁠ ⁠Promote a positive, professional, and service-oriented workplace aligned with the brand’s standardsWhat we are looking for:•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field•⁠ ⁠Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or service-oriented industry•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory HR role•⁠ ⁠Demonstrated ability to handle recruitment, employee relations, and performance management•⁠ ⁠Experience with HR systems, payroll coordination, and personnel administration•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices•⁠ ⁠Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills•⁠ ⁠High integrity, professionalism, and organizational capability•⁠ ⁠Ability to work strategically while managing day-to-day operational HR matters•⁠ ⁠Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)How to Apply:Send your CV to raimondo.barbaro@eminencehotels.idSubject: Human Resource Manager – Your Name
