**HR Manager Job Overview: **

  • The HR Manager is an integral part of the leadership team at the plant and oversees human resources operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.

  • Advises management on employee relations, supports performance management and compensation programs, and leads recruitment, training, and career development initiatives.

  • Develops and implements HR policies, conducts exit interviews to reduce turnover, supports payroll processing, and drives continuous improvement through best practices and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications, Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or organizational development

  • Five (5) years related experience and / or in a manufacturing organization.

  • SHRM certifications a plus.

  • Solid working knowledge of HR processes and related manufacturing.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.

  • Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of sensitive information.

  • Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.

Hours:

  • This is a first shift position Typically 8am – 4pm

  • Ability to work Flexible hours in a 24/7 plant is required.

Minimal Travel Required:

  • Travel is primarily local during the business day although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be required.
