- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
- Managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Managing payroll, benefits administration, and performance management systems.
- Supporting leadership with strategic planning and workforce development.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings expertise, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with employees.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address challenges effectively.
