Employment Type: Permanent (Onsite Role)
Qualification: MBA or Management Graduate
Experience: 3- 6 Years
Joining: Immediate, within 15 to 30 days
Working days: Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays are working and 2 Saturdays are off)

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:-
We are looking for a qualified HR to oversee all human resources operations for our business team. He or she is responsible for the end- to end life cycle management and operations of the team and be the guiding unit HR for sourcing, hiring strategies, performance management, skills transformation, compensation, rewards & recognition including retiring and exit of employees.
Our ideal candidates should have around 3 - 6 years of experience and knowledge around HR practices and employee management and operations. Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and operations and behavioural and cultural transformation needs of the teams.

Innovation in Implement current genre Hiring Strategies
Partnering with concern team/person to determine staffing needs
Screening resumes, performing HR interviews with candidates
Perform appropriate assessments and necessary checks to qualify
Execute interviews with the concern team/person get candidates to close
Ensure compliance of all necessary hiring processes and documents
Ensure fulfilment of all positions within timeframe agreed.
Jointly create & deliver a superior induction and orientation experience for new hires
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:-
The HR shall manage the performance management process. Here he/she shall be collaborative, run a communication-based process where employees and management work together to plan, monitor and review the employee's objectives, long-term goals, job trajectory and comprehensive contribution to the company.
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT:-
Plan and execute Employee Engagement activities periodically.
Implement strong cadences to improve collaboration with Inter team, Intra teams and with the leaders within Organization.
Use of best tools, location, activities to improve employee engagement and achieve desired alignment goals
Maintain tracker and action items for these activities every quarter and ensure proper execution
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:-
Monitor daily HR operations and resolve issues by following the existing processes and operational policies / guidelines
Coordinate conduction/analysis of an Employee Satisfaction survey and own action items thereafter
Conduct Market, Industry & Competitor Analysis of HR trends so as to interpret and communicate to the leadership team the impact of these trends on the organization
Initiate and lead regular performance reviews and ensure implementation of these programs in a timely and transparent manner.
Provide ongoing performance feedback, coaching, career planning, staffing guidance and developmental counselling to team members along
Create budget and cost sheets for Management overview on plan vs expenditure on various HR initiatives and activities.
Prepare and present data to Management for periodic reviews like quarterly, half yearly and annual reviews.
Teach and maintain a strong work ethic amongst associates that reinforces key aspects of the culture and values.
