JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resources (HR) Administrator performs a variety of professional, technical and clerical duties required to administer various programs within the HR Department in the designated office locations. The HR Administrator is the backbone of the HR department and under direction from the Director of HR, the HR Administrator manages day-to-day the following programs:
- Benefit and welfare program administration.
- Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding.
- Termination and Offboarding
- Employee Relations
- Training
- Environmental Health and Safety responsibilities
- Other HR administrative assigned duties.
The HR Administrator will work in a professional services office environment supporting 150 employees in 8 states and 14 offices nationwide.

- Professional, discreet and judicious
- Payroll experience a big PLUS
- Must have a stable work history
QUALIFICATIONS:
BS or Associate's Degree in Business Administration a plus, but not required.
7 + experience in human resources
ADP Workforce Now experience required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs (Outlook, Excel expert), Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
