Title: Human Resources Talent Acquisition Assistant
Location: New Lenox, IL
Program: Employee Services
Schedule/shift: Full-time; 8:30-5:00pm M-F
Wage: $40,000/annually
Description:
Trinity Services, Inc. is currently looking for an energetic person to join their human resource team (employee services department). This on-site position works directly with candidates seeking a position at Trinity Services, Inc. Primary responsibilities of this position includes: screening candidates, selecting qualified and interested candidates, conducting on-site interviews and then connecting viable candidates with the hiring supervisors. Other duties include counseling candidates on the interview, hiring process and providing a realistic job preview for the positions candidates are applying for.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in human resources, business or related field of study
