In this pivotal role, you will work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives, driving effective HR practices that enhance employee engagement and performance.

Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of the HR function, influencing talent management, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives within the firm. Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related matters.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Oversee talent acquisition efforts to attract top talent that fits the company culture and values.
  • Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and providing solutions to enhance workplace harmony.
  • Collaborate on performance management processes, guiding managers in goal-setting, feedback, and development.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities across the organization.
  • Monitor compliance with employment laws and regulations, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvements.
  • Engage in succession planning and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices to bring innovative solutions to the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Proficient in recruitment strategies, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach.
  • Experience in managing complex employee relations issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are preferred.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000
