Position: Human Resources - Business Partner(Hybrid)
Location: San Ysidro, CA 92173
Duration: 17 Weeks
Shift: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
Note: Position will be "hybrid" minimum 1 day in the office and rotating Friday's onsite, but onsite needs will include corporate office (Precision Park) and other clinic locations as often as needed.
Pay rate: $27/ hr on W2
Job Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- EDUCATION REQUIRED (Minimum level of education): BA/BS degree in HR, Business Administration, or other related field from an accredited College or University or equivalent experience.
- CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES REQUIRED: PHR Certification Preferred.
- EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (Minimum level of experience): At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience with focus on Employment Relations. - Must have direct employee relations/investigations experience ER experience in health care field is a plus (providers and nursing) - Client group anticipated ~ 850 - 900 employees.
