The Human Resources Coordinator at Augmentjobs will support various HR functions to ensure smooth HR operations and maintain a positive work environment. This role involves coordinating HR activities, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, managing employee records, and facilitating training and development programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting introductory sessions.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes.

Employee Records Management:

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).

Update and manage employee data, including personal information, job changes, and benefits enrollment.

HR Administration:

Support HR initiatives and projects such as performance management, employee surveys, and benefits administration.

Prepare and process HR-related documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, and terminations.

Assist in the implementation and management of HR policies and procedures.

Coordinate and schedule training sessions and workshops.

Assist in the development and delivery of employee training programs and materials.

Track employee training records and certifications.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR or a related administrative role.
