Job Description:

The Human Resources Coordinator at Augmentjobs will support various HR functions to ensure smooth HR operations and maintain a positive work environment. This role involves coordinating HR activities, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, managing employee records, and facilitating training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting introductory sessions.

    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes.

  2. Employee Records Management:

    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).

    • Update and manage employee data, including personal information, job changes, and benefits enrollment.

  3. HR Administration:

    • Support HR initiatives and projects such as performance management, employee surveys, and benefits administration.

    • Prepare and process HR-related documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, and terminations.

    • Assist in the implementation and management of HR policies and procedures.

  4. Training and Development:

    • Coordinate and schedule training sessions and workshops.

    • Assist in the development and delivery of employee training programs and materials.

    • Track employee training records and certifications.

  5. Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

    • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

    • Support employee engagement and retention efforts through various initiatives.

  6. Compliance and Reporting:

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

    • Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics for management.

    • Conduct audits of HR practices and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR or a related administrative role.

  • Knowledge: Understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and regulations.

  • Skills:

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Attributes:

    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
