The HR Coordinator will support the Human Resources department with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, including employee onboarding, payroll assistance, benefits administration, recruitment coordination, and compliance. This role is ideal for a professional who is organized, approachable, and passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (ADP, Paylocity, or similar) preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Other: Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to commute daily to the Lake Worth office.
