Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- 2+ years Human Resources experience.
- 2-3 years of administrative experience.
- Previous experience working in Human Resources Administration including benefits, leave of absence and payroll.
- Strong ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with tact and diplomacy, using good judgment, discretion, professionalism, and act with sense of urgency.
- Required travel between PNB facilities in Oregon and Washington primarily, however additional travel requirements may be necessary.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office and general HRIS systems.
- Advanced proficiency with social media and external recruiting platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, including formal presentations.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate flexibility, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain poised in difficult situations with the ability to present point of view in varied business situations.
- Results oriented, highly motivated, able to complete multiple assignments in a timely and accurate manner and drive issues to resolution.
- Positive and willing attitude that promotes teamwork and ability to work well within a diverse workgroup with a high level of customer service skills.
- Must demonstrate, follow, and enforce all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Must be able to perform frequent standing, sitting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and squatting; perform frequent grasping, occasional reaching over the shoulder, waist level and from the floor.
