SUMMARY:

This position is primarily responsible for sales support, order fulfillment, marketing, exhibition/conferences and general office communication. Quick and efficient action is critical to daily business operations and customer satisfaction. On occasion in special circumstances, it may be required to work outside normal business hours.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned from to time at the Company's sole discretion.

    • Logistics for shipment of goods and delivery

    • Order Tracking

    • Marketing (Press, Exhibition, Conferences, etc.)

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Experience in logistics, shipping/transportation with knowledge of Incoterms as well as technical document writing would be beneficial.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS:

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.     MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
