Do you enjoy creating streamlined processes and improving efficiency to accommodate -an ever-changing environment? Human Resource Manager (G60) The HR Manager will be responsible for supporting a major medical manufactures AM&D Organization!

salary: $45 - $50 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Human Resource Manager (G60) will be responsible for supporting:
  • The focus is on deployment of strategic workforce planning, talent management, staffing plans, employee relations, engagement, performance management, and compensation processes.
  • You will be an important part of the business team helping to drive all HR related projects and people aspects of HR.
  • This role drives the people elements of transformation and change management in support of the business agenda.
  • The HR Manager supports leaders and managers on organizational change and communications.
  • This position is responsible for driving business projects identified by the Leadership team.
  • The HR Managers work flexibly with multiple client groups both within and across sites and business groups under the direction of the Market Hub Leader and HR Business Partners.
    They interface with all other parts of HR and acts as the glue in the overall HR delivery model.
Skills * Human Resources (4 years of experience is required)
  • Operational and Strategy Alignment (2 years of experience is preferred)
  • Performance Management
  • Talent Acquisition
  • PHR
  • SPHR
Qualifications * Years of experience: 4 years
  • Experience level: Experienced
