Soni’s Client is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst 5 days on-site near the Plymouth Meeting, PA area to manage and optimize the Workday HRIS platform, supporting HR operations and system enhancements. This role is key in ensuring data integrity, improving user experience, and enabling efficient HR processes. **Note: This is NOT a remote role nor is it open to sponsorship. OUT OF STATE CANDIDATES NEED NOT APPLY (Local to the greater Philadelphia area is a requirement and must commute 5 days on-site)** Key Responsibilities of an HRIS Analyst Manage daily operations of Workday HRIS: Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Benefits, Compensation Configure business processes, workflows, security roles, and user access Ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR policies and regulations Create reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and business leaders Support Workday upgrades, system testing, and new feature implementations Provide system support, training, and documentation for HR staff and users Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to implement enhancements or new modules Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently Participate in HRIS and People Data projects as needed Qualifications of an HRIS Analyst Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field 3+ years of experience with Workday Expertise in Workday modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Benefits, Compensation) Experience integrating vendors, system configuration, data analysis, and reporting Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, SQL preferred) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred: Workday certification, experience with SQL, MS Project, Visio What’s Offered Competitive salary and benefits package Paid time off and health coverage 401(k) plan Career development in a collaborative, growth-focused environment Apply now for immediate consideration for the HRIS Analyst position!
