The Human Resources Manager oversees a team of six Human Resources partners at various levels, and also oversees the generalist functions of the HR Partners related to Benefits, Annual performance, Trainings, Talent, etc.

Duties:
- Employee Relations
- Responsible for conducting investigations
- Conflict Resolution.
- Conducting corrective actions
- Issuing terminations.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar field.
- PHR/SPHR certification is preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years of human resources experience.
- 3+ years of employee relations experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing other Human Resources professionals.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Benefits Administration
- Employment law.
- Performance management.
- Strong ability to resolve conflict mediate problems, and listen to employee concerns or problems.
- Strong organizational skills.
