They are looking for a personable, hands‑on HR Manager who is excited to set the tone for the employee experience as the company continues to grow. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, building structure, supporting employees and managers, and shaping culture inside a close‑knit, mission‑driven operation. In this role, you will lead day‑to‑day people operations while helping us create scalable HR practices that support our next stage of growth. You will partner closely with leadership, serve as a trusted resource for employees, and build rapport and trustworthy relationships with people across the organization so team members feel welcomed, informed, and engaged. What You’ll Do Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and key employee transitions with care and consistency Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and a positive employee experience Manage employee relations, HR compliance, policies, records, and documentation Partner with managers on performance conversations, employee concerns, and day‑to‑day people questions Build practical HR processes that can scale as the organization grows Lead culture‑building and engagement initiatives that help define what it feels like to work in the organization What We’re Looking For 6–10 years of progressive HR experience A people‑first, approachable style with strong judgment and follow‑through A natural relationship‑builder who enjoys earning trust, creating connection, and being a reliable resource for employees and team members Experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, or process‑driven environments preferred; chemical manufacturing experience is a plus Strong working knowledge of payroll, benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field A desire to be part of a close‑knit team where your work directly shapes the employee experience If you are energized by building something meaningful, enjoy being a trusted partner to employees and leaders, and want to help shape the culture of a growing organization, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
