What you will be doing:
- Oversee and direct the effective implementation and administration of various Human Resources activities, specifically employee engagement, policy administration, and coaching supervisors and managers in performance management.
- Ensure information is communicated timely and accurately to best support the business.
- Ensure adherence to all employment-related legal requirements.
- Ensure investigations are completed thoroughly and timely.
- Provide development to the Employee Relations Managers, Benefits Supervisors, and Human Resources Generalists in their roles.
- Implement strategies to improve retention and employee relations consistently and effectively.
- Engage employees in a meaningful way to promote retention and job satisfaction.
- Provide direction and support to the Employee Relations Managers, Benefits Supervisors, and Human Resources Generalists.
- Partner with internal customers to ensure employee relations practices foster an environment that aligns with company culture.
- Support performance management and the development of employees.
- Resolve investigations and employment compliance issues timely while producing quality work products.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years of Human Resources experience, with 2 or more years in a supervisory role.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred.
