What you will be doing:
  • Oversee and direct the effective implementation and administration of various Human Resources activities, specifically employee engagement, policy administration, and coaching supervisors and managers in performance management.
  • Ensure information is communicated timely and accurately to best support the business.
  • Ensure adherence to all employment-related legal requirements.
  • Ensure investigations are completed thoroughly and timely.
  • Provide development to the Employee Relations Managers, Benefits Supervisors, and Human Resources Generalists in their roles.
  • Implement strategies to improve retention and employee relations consistently and effectively.
  • Engage employees in a meaningful way to promote retention and job satisfaction.
  • Provide direction and support to the Employee Relations Managers, Benefits Supervisors, and Human Resources Generalists.
  • Partner with internal customers to ensure employee relations practices foster an environment that aligns with company culture.
  • Support performance management and the development of employees.
  • Resolve investigations and employment compliance issues timely while producing quality work products.
Experience you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of Human Resources experience, with 2 or more years in a supervisory role.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred.
