Human Resources Manager Apply
What you will be doing:
- Participate as a member of the management team
- Lead all human resources initiatives including employee engagement and retention
- Oversee recruiting, training and development, and benefit administration
- Manage employee relations, compensation administration, and safety programs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Provide coaching and mentoring to the management team and employees
- Drive success and performance in line with business goals
- Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, psychology, or other related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of successful experience as an HR generalist with management responsibility
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees across the organization
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and fostering positive employee relationships
- Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Prior experience managing training and safety programs, preferred
