What you will be doing:
  • Participate as a member of the management team
  • Lead all human resources initiatives including employee engagement and retention
  • Oversee recruiting, training and development, and benefit administration
  • Manage employee relations, compensation administration, and safety programs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to the management team and employees
  • Drive success and performance in line with business goals
Experience you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, psychology, or other related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of successful experience as an HR generalist with management responsibility
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees across the organization
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and fostering positive employee relationships
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Prior experience managing training and safety programs, preferred
