Position Overview
The HVAC MEP Project Manager will oversee and manage HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and piping projects from inception to completion. The primary objective is to ensure that all project deliverables meet the specified requirements, budget constraints, and timelines while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HVAC and MEP projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and engineering teams to define project scope and requirements.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to optimize project execution.
- Monitor project progress, conduct regular site inspections, and manage on-site teams to ensure quality control.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders and management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively to maintain project flow.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC, MEP project management, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical and electrical engineering principles, plumbing, and piping systems.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
