- Job Title: HVAC and Mechanical Estimator

- Primary role: Accurately estimating the costs associated with HVAC and mechanical projects
- Key responsibilities include project estimation, cost analysis, vendor and subcontractor coordination, blueprint and specification review, bid preparation, client communication, project support, market research, and documentation.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC and mechanical estimator or in a similar role within the construction or mechanical industry is required.
- Preferred education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Required technical skills: Proficiency in HVAC systems, mechanical components, construction methods, and estimating software and tools.
- Strong ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in estimating and documentation is vital.
