️ Refrigeration systems – From parallel rack to cascade and scientific setups, you'll get hands-on with some of the most complex and cutting-edge systems in the industry.

Walk-in cooler & freezer repair – Keeping things chill, one precise fix at a time.

HVAC diagnostics & repair – Tackle both commercial and residential systems with confidence and creativity.

Geothermal systems – Get beneath the surface (literally) and work with renewable, high-efficiency tech.

Mastering ServiceTitan – Level up your workflow with one of the best field service platforms out there.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
2+ years of HVAC or commercial refrigeration service experience
Knowledge of mechanical and energy codes, plus repair best practices
Clear, respectful communication skills
Ability to build trust with clients and team members
Efficiency in diagnostics and repair of HVAC & refrigeration systems
Passion for learning and energy-efficient solutions
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently and on a team
Excellent customer service skills
Physically able to lift heavy equipment
Willingness to join our after-hours on-call rotation

Bonus Points (aka Desired Traits):
Experience with parallel rack, cascade, or scientific refrigeration systems
Strong organizational skills for truck stock & service calls
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software
️ Background in restaurant or rack refrigeration
Experience assembling walk-in coolers & freezers
