We are looking for an HVAC Controls professional responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of control systems-design, programming, installation support, maintenance, and optimization. This role focuses on diagnosing system issues, troubleshooting failures, and ensuring all work aligns with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in HVAC controls design, programming, and troubleshooting

• Solid understanding of industry standards, building automation systems (BAS), and control sequences

• Proven problem-solving and diagnostic skills for system faults and performance issues

• Comfortable communicating with clients and collaborating with project teams

• Able to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting

• Experience with industry-specific software/tools is a plus

• HVAC or related technical certification, or equivalent hands-on professional experience
