  • We are seeking a BAS and HVAC Controls Engineer/Programmer to join our team. The right candidate may also qualify for up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus and/or incentive bonuses.

Position Overview:

This opportunity is for an experienced HVAC controls professional with relevant training and expertise. The position is flexible and can be based anywhere within our coverage area in North Dakota and Northern Minnesota. Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

  • Niagara N4 certification is required.
  • Hands-on experience in Niagara programming with platforms such as Honeywell, Distech, Vykon, Lynxspring, Alerton, Talon, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement software code for commercial HVAC control systems and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
  • Program projects with various levels of complexity, including custom control programs and sequences of operations.
  • Troubleshoot network, database, and programming issues.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to define system configurations, network and software requirements, graphics, programming, and sequences of operations.
  • Configure Supervisor computers, graphics, databases, networks, and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain DDC system programming, graphics, and operational sequences.
  • Ensure accurate project documentation and report any deviations to the project team.
  • Execute system commissioning, functional testing, and documentation.
