Midwest Climate Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Supervisor for our HVAC Sales division. This individual will oversee the plumbing sales process, from generating leads to providing estimates and ensuring customer satisfaction. As the Field Supervisor, you will work directly with customers, technicians, and management to drive sales, meet targets, and ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all HVAC sales activities, including generating leads, qualifying customers, and conducting in-home consultations.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for HVAC services, repairs, and installations.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Provide on-site supervision to ensure that HVAC projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure availability of necessary materials and labor.
  • Train and mentor HVAC technicians on customer interaction and best sales practices.
  • Work closely with management to set sales targets and develop strategies to meet or exceed goals.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in plumbing sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, repairs, and installations.
  • Ability to provide accurate estimates and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of local HVAC codes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using estimating software or CRM tools.
