RA Hoy, a NearU Company, is seeking a reliable and hardworking HVAC Install Assistant to join our installation team with residential HVAC system installs and replacements. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a long-term career in the HVAC trade while learning hands-on from experienced installers.

What You’ll Do

• Assist lead installers with residential HVAC system installations and replacements

• Help set indoor and outdoor equipment, ductwork, and accessories

• Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials

• Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe

• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

• Support quality checks to ensure installations meet RA Hoy expectations

• Communicate professionally with team members and customers

What We’re Looking For

• Interest in learning the HVAC trade and building a career

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with tools

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor

• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dependability

• Previous HVAC or construction experience is a plus, but not required
