JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Residential HVAC Installer for LBA, you will have the opportunity to work with your hands and have engaging conversations with clients doing installations. Work one-on-one with our residential HVAC clients to install customized solutions ranging from a variety of HVAC equipment that fit our clients' needs, wants, and budget while showing off your craftsmanship!

Requirements

  • Must have a proven track record of successful HVAC Lead installation or service
  • 2+ Years of Residential Lead HVAC Service Experience
  • Knowledge of HVAC products and services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with a variety of residential HVAC systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge
  • Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances
  • Positive attitude
  • Hard working
  • Must be reliable
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Must pass a background check
