J.R. Bolton Plumbing, HVAC and Fireplaces is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. The successful applicant will have a strong background in HVAC installation, with a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC system installations and replacements, including ductwork, thermostats, and other associated components.
• Diagnose issues with existing HVAC systems and provide repairs or recommend replacements as needed.
• Ensure all installations comply with local codes and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients throughout the installation process.
• Train and mentor junior team members as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC installation experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• EPA Certification is required.
• NATE Certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools associated with HVAC installation.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and supervise others.
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25-$40 per hour depending on experience

Expected hours: 40 per week
