McLeod Health - - - Responsibilities: Maintain and operate HVAC&R equipment including boilers, chillers, pumps, and air handling equipment.; Log equipment performance readings and maintain detailed records per AHJ and medical center policy.; Install, repair, troubleshoot, plan, modify, and calibrate instrumentation for building HVAC&R and energy management systems.; Review work orders daily and document as-found conditions, test results, and final as-corrected condition.; Ensure safe and efficient operation of HVAC&R equipment under supervision and perform required repairs and alterations.
