Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced HVAC New Construction Foreman / Superintendent who leads with integrity and sets the standard for others to follow.

In this role, you'll oversee project execution, guide installation teams, and uphold our commitment to excellence in quality, safety, and efficiency across all job sites. We're seeking a hands-on leader who blends technical expertise with strong leadership - someone who takes charge of the project rather than letting it take charge of them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of HVAC installation crews for residential and light commercial projects

  • Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards on-site

  • Coordinate with project managers and schedulers to ensure proper allocation of materials, timelines, and workforce

  • Supervise layout planning, ductwork fabrication, equipment installation, and system start-up/commissioning

  • Perform jobsite inspections, monitor progress, and ensure accountability for results

  • Coach and develop apprentices and journeyman installers to strengthen overall team performance

  • Serve as the company's professional representative with builders, contractors, and homeowners

About You

You take pride in precision and craftsmanship. You don't take shortcuts and you take responsibility - stepping up to fix problems and lead your team through challenges.

Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of HVAC installation experience in residential or commercial new construction

  • Demonstrated experience leading installation crews or managing field operations

  • Solid knowledge of duct design, controls, and HVAC system functionality

  • Ability to interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings accurately

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Journeyman HVAC License or equivalent field experience

  • Familiarity with zoning systems, mini-splits, and VRF technologies

  • OSHA 10 (or higher) safety certification

  • Experience using ServiceTitan or comparable field management software

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $42 $50 per hour (based on experience)
Additional Perks: Overtime pay, company vehicle or vehicle allowance (for eligible candidates), and tool allowance

Comprehensive Benefits Package Includes:

  • Health, dental, and vision coverage

  • 401(k) plan with company match

  • Paid holidays and vacation time

  • Ongoing career growth and leadership development opportunities
