Position Information

Description & Details: As part of the HVAC shop, this position will perform preventative maintenance and repairs to HVAC equipment on campus.

Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM with rotating 24/7 callback schedule

Advertised Salary: $60,000 min/yr

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; 3 years work experience in HVAC, refrigeration and air conditioning repairs - ie: air handling units, pumps, condensers; Valid Driver's License; Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers; Self-motivated / self starter.

Preferred Qualifications: 2 year Associate degree in HVAC, refrigeration and/or plumbing experience; City of Fargo Journeyman's license for heating, cooling and natural gas or ability to obtain within 1 year; EPA Refrigeration License or ability to obtain within 1 year.
