We have partnered with a large Facilities Services company in the Fort Collins, CO area to provide them with a HVAC Project Sales Rep. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized must haves for the HVAC Project Sales Rep:

#1. Must have significant HVAC component, systems, and controls knowledge and experience.

#2. Must have commercial building construction, or operations and maintenance experience.

#3. Must have a Valid Drivers License.

#4. No more than 4 jobs in the last 10yrs.

Requirements of a HVAC Project Sales Rep:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in the sales of Commercial HVAC solutions or a background in Commercial HVAC Service.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with HVAC components, systems, and controls.
  • Experience in commercial building construction or in operations and maintenance.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record as required by the company's insurance provider.
  • Professional and polished demeanor: Approaches situations with tact, handles pressure well, treats everyone with respect regardless of their role, takes responsibility for actions, and consistently follows through on commitments.
  • Strong time management abilities: Must develop processes and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency in daily tasks.

Other Key Requirements:

  • In office role and on the road role.
  • No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
