The Opportunity:Fujitsu General America, Inc. (FGAI) has been making the hottest places cool and the coolest places more comfortable for over 50 years now. FGAI has an in-house HVAC Service Technician – VRF opportunity in the growing HVAC industry. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for assisting Fujitsu Reps, contractors and distributor Technical Service Advisors (TSAs) on job sites with troubleshooting FGAI systems, via the phone. You will also be responsible for assisting in FGAI’s Quality Control area with inspecting returned failed units when necessary.
