Position: HVAC Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician with a background in both residential and light commercial systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, sales experience, and a valid driver's license. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency
• Provide recommendations for system improvements or replacements
• Assist in sales of HVAC products and services to clients
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate with customers clearly

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Strong sales skills with a customer-focused approach
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• EPA certification is a plus
