Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning HVAC systems
• Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and maintenance on HVAC systems
• Provide accurate and timely estimates for repairs and replacements
• Respond to service calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC issues
• Perform system tests and ensure proper functionality of all equipment
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and standards
• Work independently or as part of a team to ensure timely and efficient service
• Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and new technology

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 to 100 lbs. on a regular basis, work outdoors, crawl spaces, attics, ladders

Requirements:

• Experience working with both residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Proficiency with HVAC software and diagnostic tools
